Program can be any training type you desire. This will be tailored to you, will set you on track to reach your personal goals, and make you overall a healthier person.
Once a week you will receive a personalized meal plan in complete detail. This will come in 4, every week for a month. 50/mo
In person training for one month, along with a personalized meal plan. This is a once a month payment.
Training is 40/hr.
This training will be done in a teacher/student format. I will teach you the lifts and motivate you along the way. I will push you as hard as you are willing to be pushed. I will help you become a better you. This training can be of any sort, Bodybuilding, Power lifting, Calisthenics, Body weight, cardio, overall health. Works for any age (14+), Gender, Weight.
80/hr, will travel to your house, personal training, sports related, or overall health.
This training will be done in the partner style, I will train right along side you as a partner. This would work best for Powerlifters/Bodybuilders/sport related clients. Payment per week.
